Joy's Place began in 2011, as the first licensed home-bakery in Okeechobee, FL.

Since the beginning, Joy has ensured that every order is made using her grandmother's famous pound cake recipe.

This pound cake is not your typical heavy "pound" cake...instead, picture light, moist, melt in your mouth deliciousness!

Joy has won multiple awards for her cakes, including: Entrepreneurship Business of the Year, First Prize at the Okeechobee County Fair, City of Okeechobee Centennial Baker Award, & Okeechobee County Centennial Baker Award.  Her work has also been featured in "The Okeechobee Magazine."
